Spanish translation

I'm Moonface. I run Surface languages and other websites. My background is in IT and law, and I have degrees and experience in both.

I (no longer) work as Spanish to English translator.

If you need to employ a translator, there are pages such as employing translators and other pages relevant to translation, to help with the process.

I am still interested in both legal (and more general Spanish translation), although solely out of interest.

I update this Spanish legal dictionary from time to time, although at present it is too limited to be of general use.

My experience was particularly relevant in translating for website SEO, and translations used by the legal profession and IT industry respectively.

My background allows translations to be performed using not only the appropriate register in all cases, but also with an in-depth understanding of industry specific jargon. This enables the selection of the most appropriate language when translating phrases with no direct equivalents.

Pax,
